Napier

Napier was my final destination and the place I will be living for the next 4 months. It is located on the Eastern Coast of New Zealand’s north island in Hawkes Bay. I am extremely excited to be living in this particular area. Small mountains and rolling grassland surround the flat grape farming land which the city lies on. The apartment I am staying in is just across the street from a 3 mile long pebble beach and one street from Napier’s heart of downtown shopping. The weather has been absolutely beautiful while staying near 28 degrees celsius which is roughly 82 fahrenheit. The weather, scenic views, and being one of the best wine and beer cities in New Zealand makes this a popular tourist area.  I will continue to explore the area and discover the fun that lies within Napier.
