Candice Bodkin
Candice Bodkin will begin work with the FireChasers in the summer of
2012 as a research associate. She will be assisting the team with
field research, project management, and data analysis. She is
currently a PhD student in the Department of Public Administration at
NC State. Her research interests include community organization and
involvement, teacher recruitment and retention, and capacity building
efforts in low-income schools. She holds B.A.’s in Anthropology and
Political Science, an M.Ed in Social Studies Education from The
University of Florida, and will graduate this summer with an MPA from
NC State University.
