Description
The Customer Account Representative provides service, support and communication through direct management of customer orders for Loparex three USA manufacturing locations. The individual works in a Customer Service Team - a service oriented sales assistant team linking our extensive customer base, production, and sales administration together while supporting our Sales team. The Customer Account Representative ensures customer satisfaction and retention through processing orders, inquiries, order management and billing, and coordinates with manufacturing plants, R&D, and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
â¢Bachelorâs degree or the equivalent experience.
â¢3 to 5 years customer service and account support/management experience in the manufacturing or paper industry using silicone as the processing agent within a product knowledge based customer support center.
â¢Excellent written and oral communication, the ability to build collaborative relationships with Loparex team and our customer base.
â¢Proven analytical problem solving, math skills, manufacturing systems and communications skills to quickly resolve time sensitive customer issues.
â¢The ability to be self-directed to work toward corporate and business unit objectives.
â¢The flexibility to provide support on business initiatives and execute implementation processes.
â¢Experience working in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
â¢Experience working with enterprise manufacturing application systems, especially Epicor a plus.
