Description
Baker Renewable Energy (BRE), the Region’s fastest growing clean energy provider, is seeking:
ï‚· Full-time Crew Laborer
These positions would be based out of our Raleigh, NC Headquarters with up to 50% travel possible. This is a great way to
experience system installation and delivery throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and beyond. Responsibilities
range, but will include all aspects of system installation. Learn about Renewable Energy while getting paid? You bet! Got

We are seeking individuals with construction trade backgrounds, and a demonstrated competency in the field. Comfort with
heights a must, knowledge of standard safety practices.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
ï‚· Experience on active construction sites
ï‚· Experience and comfort on roofs
ï‚· Associates or higher degree in building/renewable technologies, related field
ï‚· OSHA or NABCEP (Entry) certifications
ï‚· Experience with Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical or General Construction
Are you able to perform some or all of these criteria?
ï‚· Represent the Division in a positive and professional manner.
ï‚· Follow the directions for installation of Renewable Energy Equipment as laid out by the team leader/Foreman
ï‚· Ensure that proper safety and equipment is on the job and used in the proper manner
ï‚· Make sure on site equipment is monitored and maintained.
ï‚· Communicate with your Foreman immediately reporting field problems, technical questions, etc.
ï‚· Provide training to new crewman and/or others on site as required.
ï‚· Review job performance with Foreman in regards to safety, and quality
ï‚· Use basic hand tools is a competent and skilled fashion
ï‚· Read instruction manuals for the basic assembly of components
Required Skills/Qualifications:
ï‚· Comfort in construction environments
ï‚· Strong verbal and written communication skills
ï‚· Availability to work outside regular business hours
 Clean NC driver’s license
This position is an hourly rate position.
