Each fall, 25 entering CNR students are selected to participate in this exciting program for incoming freshman, off-campus transfer and on-campus transfer students. The program emphasizes hands on learning, real-world applications and relationship building with faculty, staff, students and community leaders. Sustainable Forestry Teachers’ Academy
The Coastal Academy will be held June 17-21, 2013 in New Bern, NC. The Mountain Academy will be held June 24-28, 2013 in Asheville, NC. The four-day residential program, offered by NC Project Learning Tree and the Forestry & Environmental Outreach Program, focuses on the social, economic, and environmental aspects of sustainable forestry in North Carolina. PGM/Northgreen Partnership a Win-Win
PGA Golf Management students took a classroom case study out of the classroom to analyze Northgreen Country Club golf operation and clubhouse offering suggestions to improve the business and the livability of the community.
