PGA Professional Golf Management Program
The PGM program is a set of three educational levels developed by the PGA of America to certify PGA class A members from non-members.
Each level consists of a series of workbooks that are handed into the PGA Education Center when completed. After turning in each set of workbooks, the PGA Education center administers tests for each level. Upon completion of the third level, passing the playing ability test, (PAT), and completion of 16 months of internship experience, a student will be considered a Class A member of the PGA of America.
Each student will complete Levels I, II and III of the Professional Golf Management Program, pass the PAT, and complete 16 months of internship experience during his / her five years at NC State.
