Brookie Lambert
Administrative Support
A native of Johnston County, Brookie began working at NC State University in 1974 and retired May, 2006. During her 30+ years at NC State, she worked in various positions, her last 15 years in the College of Natural Resources as the Director of Academic and Student Services. Brookie joined the Tourism Extension staff in February 2007. She currently works part time providing administrative support to Erin Seekamp and Samantha Rich. This schedule allows her plenty of time for her favorite sport, being a football MOM. During football season, she and her husband travel most weekends. Some Fridays are spent watching her older son coach at North Rowan High School or her younger son coach at Corinth Holder High School. Of course, her favorite hobby now is spending time with her new grandson, Hampton. Brookie and her husband Donald live in Clayton, NC.
