Students will be considered for admissions if they meet all the following requirements. However, meeting these requirements does not guarantee admission. Admission is competitive and is based on academic record, space available in the requested major, and demonstrated interest in the desired field of study.
- Met the general admissions requirements of the University
- Minimum 2.7 GPA for PRT & SMT and 2.5 for PGM
- Available space in desired major and/or concentration. If space is limited and all other requirements are met, decision to admit a student will be made based on their demonstrated interest in the major. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the essay portion of the application.
- All applicants interested in the PGM program must submit a golf handicap of eight (8) or less verified by a United States
Golf Association (USGA handicap) Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA) golf professional, or high school golf coach or has successfully passed the Player Ability Test (PAT). All PGM applicants must have a letter of recommendation from a PGA golf professional or high school golf coach.
