Recreation Resources Service (RRS) is a technical assistance program offered through a cooperative partnership between the N.C. Division of Parks and Recreation and the N.C. State University Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. RRS technical assistance and outreach includes conducting the annual NC Municipal and County Parks and Recreation Services Study, coordinating a statewide teleconference series, offering playground safety training, developing park conceptual plans and providing citizen advisory board resources & training. RRS staff may also be available to assist in conducting special studies for your agency or community. Explore our website to learn more about the resources and assistance our staff can provide.
