Research Interests

As a research biologist with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) I have specialized in geospatial research with an emphasis on environmental remote sensing. My research has focused on evaluating land cover and forest biophysical variables (i.e. LAI) in the Albemarle-Pamlico Basin (APB), Great Lakes Watershed, and Puerto Rico. I have worked with multiple remotely sensed data types including multi-spectral and hyperspectral optical data, lidar, and radar.
