Scott Ogletree

Postdoctoral Scholar

Scott is a postdoctoral researcher who uses geospatial analytics to study how the built and natural environment impacts public health and society. He is involved with research on physical activity, walkability and greenspace within urban areas. Scott received his Ph.D. from Clemson University, where he studied the relationship between crime and greenspace across cities. He works with Dr. Aaron Hipp and Dr. Myron Floyd in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management on park-related research at the city and national scale.
