GIS Week: Du Bois Visualization Exhibit

November 15

Event Navigation

Inspired by the visualization work of W.E.B. Du Bois, this event is designed as a showcase of visualizations (both physical and digital) that are either modern extensions of Du Bois’ work or products of original scholarship around racial equity and justice. Artists will get a chance to share and talk about their work, and accepted project submissions will be displayed for one full year in the Center for Geospatial Analytics. If you are interested in learning more or submitting a proposal, additional details can be found here: https://go.ncsu.edu/vis-apply

The exhibit will be open to visit throughout GIS Week and beyond. A digital version of the exhibit will also be made available for those unable to visit in person.
