Bohnenstiehl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Del uses geospatial analytics<\/strong> <strong>to<\/strong> investigate a wide range of interdisciplinary problems related to seafloor exploration, earthquake science and passive underwater acoustics. <strong>He develops algorithms and remote sensing technologies<\/strong> to chart the geology and biology of the seafloor, detect and analyze seismic hazards and study underwater sound and its ecological implications. <strong>Other interests include <\/strong>archaeological geophysics, specifically the use of shallow geophysical imaging
