{"id":347562,"date":"2018-12-03T15:07:52","date_gmt":"2018-12-03T15:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/internalresources\/?page_id=347562"},"modified":"2024-11-26T20:34:01","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T20:34:01","slug":"systems-access","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/internalresources\/business-services\/forms\/systems-access\/","title":{"rendered":"Systems Access"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All requests for access to the systems listed below should be initiated by a supervisor using this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd_aoyJWhXhCe3i5iMW5y-r4gmj-kQHqjMu8vx5o2_YdPpZNA\/viewform?vc=0&amp;c=0&amp;w=1&amp;flr=0\">google form<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following information will need to be included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unity ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System(s) for which access is being requested (FIN, HR, SIS, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Department ID(s) for which access is requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific roles and\/or functions needed in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A brief explanation of the request (new employee who is an advisor, new duties for employee, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approvals and Notification Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SAR actions can take anywhere from 1-5 business days before all approvals are complete, depending on the role requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The department liaison and individual user for whom access was requested will be notified via email once all approvals are complete and the access has been granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Requests All requests for access to the systems listed below should be initiated by a supervisor using this google form.
