In you request, include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you\u2019re a student, your supervisor will need to submit the request on your behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The building name(s) and room number(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason you need access to that building\/room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you will need access beyond standard business hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User\u2019s UnityID Number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For requesting access to spaces in Partners II (Centennial Campus), contact <a href=\"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/directory\/angela-chiang\/\">Angela Chiang<\/a> with the above information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grad student office requests should be directed to <a href=\"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/directory\/segriff5\/\">Steve Griffin<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If Locked Out<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are locked out of a reserved FER space (Jordan 3111 or Jordan Addition 3213) or your office:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask <a href=\"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/directory\/sydna-willis\/\">Sydna Willis<\/a> (Jordan 3136-H) to assist you.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Sydna is unavailable, see <a href=\"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/directory\/ddschmit\/\">Dawn Schmitz<\/a> (Jordan 3120).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Sydna and Dawn are unavailable, see <a href=\"https:\/\/cnr.ncsu.edu\/directory\/mhhicks\/\">Mary Hicks<\/a> (Jordan 3128).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is after hours and the above contacts are not in office, you must wait until the start of the next business day.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Available Common Spaces<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FER, CNR, and NCSU have a number of common spaces (those beyond dedicated offices and labs) open for reservation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When using any of the below spaces, ensure the projector is turned off, and do not leave food or beverage related trash in the rooms.
