Please use the appropriate form below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(Before Census) <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScMNeKDh8_5an0BrAod9s2_FyRL2iJzZOGGjFt_UAYk7DhfYg\/viewform\">Student Class Override Form<\/a> \u2013 Use this form to add a student to a course that does not meet restrictions. If the request is made after Census Day, the student must also complete the Schedule Revision Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(After Census) <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScMNeKDh8_5an0BrAod9s2_FyRL2iJzZOGGjFt_UAYk7DhfYg\/viewform\">Schedule Revision Form<\/a> \u2013 Required to add, drop, or modify a student\u2019s schedule after the semester\u2019s Census Day. This form requires a signature from the Academic Affairs office for schedule modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"room-reservation-information\">Room Reservation Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">College Reservations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The College of Natural Resources has three types of spaces available for reservation: classrooms, collaborative spaces, and computer labs. The Office of Academic Affairs can reserve the following spaces for one-time events. Use the &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/go.ncsu.edu\/cnr-classroom-reservation\">CNR Classroom Reservation Form<\/a> to make a request for these rooms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biltmore 2026 (Dendrology Lab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biltmore 3032 (Computer Lab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hodges 105<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jordan Addition 2214 (Lab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jordan Addition 2230 (Lab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jordan Addition 3214 (Classroom \u2013 38 seats)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jordan Hall Courtyard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPL Courtyard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Nest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conference Rooms and Other Classrooms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Some spaces are managed by different CNR departments or by the University Registration and Records office.
