About the Position


 A TKXS Client Engagement Manager has relationship, sales, management and administrative duties with some travel. They will partner with the Client Engagement Director to understand strategic objectives and goals for the department and develop plans to meet and exceed those expectations. Day-to-day duties include:


• Relationship Management:
o Serves as a point of contact for client relationships on assigned accounts
o Serves as the primary escalation point for customers and acts on their behalf internally to address issues
o Partners with Business Development and Sales Engineering functions in the selling process to secure new clients
o Onboards new customers post-sale, to ensure a successful launch to the relationship and scope of work


o Provides strategic guidance and merchandises efforts with clients to continue to demonstrate TKXS’ value
o Attends strategic client project delivery team sessions to set client expectations, identify opportunities and protect revenue as necessary
o Supports clients during the delivery process and acts as their advocate internally
o Stays current on industry trends and the competitive landscape within our clients’ industries and how those trends may impact assigned clients
• Sales Responsibilities:
o Stays abreast of TKXS’ products and services to identify organic growth opportunities within assigned client base
o Consults existing clients on their current challenges, strategies and objectives to prepare recommendations for customers
o Develops pricing based on estimates from the delivery team, competitive landscape and TKXS’ strategic goals
o Negotiates contract terms, pricing and invoicing schedule with customers
o Identifies and executes strategies to achieve internal sales goals within existing accounts
o Proactively communicates account updates to leadership relating to revenue opportunities, risks with mitigation and client satisfaction
• Employee Management Duties:
o Manages client engagement coordinators (CEC) supporting in their service to clients
o Develops and tracks goals to encourage career development of CECs
o Assigns work tasks to CECs based on skill set and career growth areas
o Facilitates performance reviews for CECs
• Administrative Duties:
o Prepares and presents concept PowerPoint Presentations utilizing existing TKXS presentation library components
o Documents high-level business needs of the client and submits work requests to the delivery team for estimation
o Works with the TKXS delivery team to prepare and deliver Statements of Work
o Documents, maintains and reports out internally on key account plans and
monthly forecasts
o Partners with finance to schedule, generate and deliver client invoices
o Travels between 10 – 50% to meet with clients face-to-face to discuss current, future and prospective initiatives. Travel needs are assessed on a client-by-client basis
• Reporting Structure:
o This position reports to the Client Engagement Director

Qualifications
Credentials
Qualifications Desired:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or another relevant field
• 7+ years sales experience
• 3+ years of management experience

Skills Desired:
• Proficient with G-Suite (Google Drive, G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
• Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficient with both PC and Mac
• Proficient with LinkedIn Navigator
• Proficient with HubSpot Sales
