§  Identify, uncover, and contact prospects via telephone, email, and web resources and pass along Sales-Ready Leads from these sources to the designated Sales Team Member.

§  A Sales-Ready Lead is identified as one who has been determined to have a valid business reason for our services and has indicated an interest through previously established communications.

§  Provide necessary sales support in preparation for a scheduled client meeting.

§  Perform various tasks related to maintaining existing customer relationships, i.e. make customer service calls.

§  Perform various tasks related to lead generation including “keep-in-touch” (marketing) techniques for leads.

§  Update contact data into the appropriate system(s) for future reference.

§  Respond to and follow-up on all incoming sales inquiries.

§  Provide superior customer service.

§  Maintain ethical and professional standards of the company.

§  Proactively prospect from social media, websites, company databases, etc.

 Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Advertising, Marketing or Communications; or equivalent work experience.
 The ability to build powerful relationships with both internal and external customers.
 An outgoing personality with the ability to secure solid appointments via phone.
 A desire to find new customers (prospect), ability to research and suggest solutions for customer needs.
 A passion for providing superior customer service.
