THE POSITION
The East Coast Summer Internship Program at LandCare is a structured, rotational experience designed to provide college students with an inside look at every role within the branch operational team.
Our Internship program covers a wide range of specialties, that include, but are not limited to:
· Landscape Management
· Landscape Installation
· Hardscape Installation
· Irrigation and Water Management
· Sales and Estimating
In-depth Orientation - A thorough company orientation. This is a great way to determine your goals with our company positions.
Cross-training - This is a great opportunity to learn skills in several different positions. This will help you find your perfect niche.
Mentor Program - You will have one of our managers assigned to assist you with the learning process.
Management Training - You will learn all aspects of the business, technical knowledge, leadership training, business development and presentation skills, project management, account management and branch administration.
Career Opportunities - After a successful completion of our internship, you will be eligible for full-time opportunities after graduation.
Monthly Evaluation - This is the perfect way to review your performance, revisit your goals and we can receive your feedback on your experience during the program.
· 10 weeks, with option to stay on full-time for the summer
· Pursuing a bachelors degree in any areas of Horticulture such as the following: Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Agriculture-Business, Landscape Design, or Plant Science
