• Develop visual content for website and social media, including video and photos (video editing skills a plus!)


• Provide administrative support to rental team


• Provide venue details and policies to general rental inquiries


• Schedule site inspections of venue and assist with venue tours (when the Arboretum is re-opened)


• Support logistic planning and facilitation for large arboretum events


• Visitor Services - Welcome daily visitor to the Arboretum, answer questions via phone or walk-ins (when the Arboretum is re-opened)

Our garden is currently closed, but we are looking for someone who will be able to work both remotely and on-site when needed. This position is project-based, with occasional evening and weekend work.
