Assistant Project Manager

Responsible for project quality, efficiency, design in conformance with standards of practice and company policy

Promotes strong relationships with Client and regulatory agencies.

Use AutoCAD to draw various aspects of land development site work including design of subdivisions, streets, water mains, sewer mains, storm sewer systems, grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans and final plats.

Obtain a working knowledge of land surveying with the capability of applying surveying data to projects.

Take direction from Engineers to produce plans in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide some elements of design under the direct supervision of a Project Manager.

Maintain schedules and timely completion of projects

Promotes teamwork along with evaluation of facilities efficiencies and utilization

Prepares preparation of reports, specifications, plans construction documents, studies, permits and project designs

Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Minimum BS in ABET Accredited Civil Engineering Program
Minimum of 0+ years experience in land development engineering
Valid Driver’s License
