Description
NOVA Engineering and Environmental, is seeking an Environmental Technician for our Raleigh, NC office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Remediation Field Activities
Qualifications
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in environmental consulting services preferred
• Conduct Environmental Site Assessments
• Phase I and II and Remediation experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory requirement
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Valid State Driver’s license with clean driving record
In some positions, a company truck, cell phone, iPad or similar device, and personal protective equipment are provided. The position is paid hourly with time and half for overtime (hours per week over 40). NOVA offers full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation and holiday.
