Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Research proposal opportunities and requirements
• Assist with employee recruitment (e.g., search for potential applicants via various sites and other appropriate means)
• Prepare and post job descriptions to various job sites
• Screen appropriate candidates for various positions
• Maintain recruitment spreadsheet and provide weekly status updates on candidate recruitment
• Develop or update content for business proposals based on requirements
• Develop document templates for various aspects of proposals and business opportunities
• Review existing written technical documents and make changes as required
• Represent PSS at business events such as Industry Days/Trainings ( Virtual)
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing when required
• Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
• Maintain confidentiality throughout all business affairs
• Help Support responding to GSA MAS schedule requests when required
• Other duties as assigned


Qualifications: Some college education, strong writing, and organizational skills; Expertise with Microsoft Office Word, Excellent Communicator – English, well organized, willingness to work independently and as a Team player. Must be a quick learner, and follow instructions when required.
Preferred skills: Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Location: Virtual and some in person meetings within the Raleigh/Durham area when required


Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
