Client Services Intern:
· Assist the Client Services Associates or Managers with daily tasks including but not limited to:
o Assist with calling candidates currently going through onboarding to give background check updates
o Assist with coordination between MSP and recruiters
o Assist with phone screening, prepping and coaching of candidates
o Assist with debriefing candidates at the conclusion of their interview
· Primary function during peak season (May – September) will be conducting phone screenings for Customer Service openings with clients.
o Conduct phone screenings and provide candidate feedback to the recruitment team.
o Follow documentation procedures for ranking the candidates in shared documents
o Schedule the candidates for the interview and send out confirmation email
· Help with all other miscellaneous tasks that the Client Services team may need help with
o Putting together interview packets
o Reviewing interview schedules
o Printing/faxing/scanning
o Daily duties may vary / must be flexible to help other team members as needed
o Travelling with the CSA or CSM to client locations (includes out of state travel)
o Assist with coordination of interview days and job fairs at client sites
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable spending 75% of time on the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
