Who is Triangle Pond and what is a ‘Career Employee’?

We are a full service lake and pond management company. The owner, Sam Williams, is a NCSU alumni with a degree in Fisheries & Wildlife Management. He started the company out of his home office and as a one-man show in the field. Since then we have grown to 15 employees, and have a successful retail store for DIY aquatic projects, located in Raleigh NC. We are looking to grow our team! A ‘Career Employee’ is someone who wants to be with TPM as a long – term team member! Someone who sees their position as a ‘career’ and not just a ‘job’. Someone who wants to grow within the company and become part of the TPM family! Here’s what we have open:

Aquatic Technician- $12-$14 / hour – Full time

ï‚· Manage lake and ponds independently from an account list

ï‚· Spray aquatic weeds/vegetation

ï‚· Pick up perimeter trash and man-made debris

ï‚· Diagnose, install, repair fountain/aeration systems as needed

ï‚· Stock fish / fish habitats as needed

ï‚· Fill out mandatory service reports with detail and knowledge

ï‚· Be a reliable team member

ï‚· Be on time, daily

ï‚· Communicate effectively with supervisors

Training time is approximately 3-6 months. Once trained, this team member will be provided a company vehicle for his route. Salary opportunities once independent in the position.

Stormwater / Aquatic Technician: $12-$14 / hour – Full time

ï‚· Diagnose, repair, install fountain / aeration systems

ï‚· Stock fish / install fish habitats

ï‚· Erosion control stabilization

ï‚· Aquatic plantings

ï‚· Stormwater repair and maintenance

This position is highly sought- after with a high potential for growth; training is on-going. Salary with possible benefits is available to an individual who is hard working, on- time, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
