Project Management Associate Position:


The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities include: 


·       Managing technology implementation projects across the Format Solutions (FS) product suite


·       Supporting the sales process by discussing the FS service offering during sales presentations and provide input on proposals


·       Contributing to cross-functional projects / engagements within Format Solutions


 


Principal Accountabilities:


75% Solution Delivery


·       Manage technology implementation projects across the FS product suite (Mill Management, Formulation, and Digital Nutrition)


·       Lead project teams consisting of implementation specialists, product managers, engineers, etc. in delivering on project goals and objectives


·       Maintain frequent and open communication with customers to ensure projects are meeting goals and objectives


·       Serve as the primary contact from Solution Delivery Leadership for customer information, progress, issue resolution, and tracking


·       Conduct risk planning, monitoring, mitigation and reporting during project delivery; escalate issues to Solution Delivery Leadership as needed


·       Review and analyse project scope and manage client expectations


·       Prepare project schedule and client-facing/internal status reports


·       Track individual and project team utilization and revise forecasted hours throughout the duration of the project


·       Track and review project budget vs. actual project costs, including revenue responsibility across all projects


·       Travel as required to build/maintain client satisfaction


·       Accountable for the overall success of the client projects across the FS product suite


 


25% Cross-functional Projects / Engagements


·       Contribute to product development by being the voice of our customers to the Format Solutions product team to help shape the product roadmap


·       Support team initiatives including training development, process documentation, recruiting activities, etc.


·       Assist in the refinement of the product strategy and execution of the strategy

Required Qualifications:


·       Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Management, Agriculture or a related field with an anticipated graduation date between December 2019-May 2020


·       Strong program management skills with the ability to plan project tasks/events and execute on these on time and on budget with quality at the forefront of everything you do


·       Exceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, patience, composure, persuasion, and influence management


·       Excellent communication skills with both internal and customer audiences


·       Passion for applying technology to solve business problems, consulting with customers to drive improvement, and training customers to ensure value capture


·       Ability to travel up to 50%


·       Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer


·       Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures


 


Preferred Qualifications:


·       Advanced degree in Accounting, Business (MBA), Information Technology, Agricultural field, or related field


·       2-3+ years of experience working in accounting, consulting, feed mill production, or animal nutrition formulation


·       2-3+ years of experience implementing enterprise technology solutions including SaaS solutions


·       Experience training and consulting with clients, consultants, and service teams
