The CALS Career Services Career Coach Program is looking for motivated and engaged students in search of service and leadership opportunities!

The CALS Career Services Career Coach Program is designed to give CALS students the opportunity to develop advanced skills to add to their resume such as communication and public speaking, teamwork and collaboration, leadership, problem solving, and individual coaching, as well as offering other exclusive professional development opportunities. Additionally, students will gain specialized knowledge and access to the resources of CALS Career Services as well as build relationships with their peers and a network of professionals in support of their personal and professional goals.
Expectations:
CALS Coaches will spend approximately 3-5 hours per week on various career coaching activities including 1-on-1 coaching, preparing and conducting career presentations, connecting with employers, and working on their own personal and professional development. Activities may vary depending on time of year, upcoming events, and individual coaches’ areas of interest and expertise.
