We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for The Greens at Centennial Campus, our 292-unit luxury apartment complex.  This Leasing Consultant will likely assist with leasing The Arden apartments, our 122-unit luxury apartment complex near Centennial Campus.  Experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


The Leasing Consultant role combines customer service, sales, and marketing to lease apartments and create sincere relationships with residents and guests. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the entire leasing process from introduction to occupancy to renewal. Some, but not all, of the responsibilities are as follows:



  • Guide prospective residents on a tour of the apartment community and amenities

  • Data entry and answer phones

  • Qualify prospective residents and assist with processing applications

  • Complete all move-in documentation and prepare the leases

  • Walk property daily and inspect all amenities to ensure proper cleanliness

  • Walk vacant apartments to ensure readiness

  • Help plan resident events, formulate marketing initiatives, and update social media sites

  • Manage upcoming renewals and prepare lease documents

  • Ensure accuracy of reports and resident ledgers

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Leasing experience is preferred but not required
• Must be capable of demonstrating complete knowledge of the community
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Available to work some Saturdays or Sundays
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Must be able to provide distinguished customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with OneSite, Lead 2 Lease and YieldStar is preferred

$20.00 - $22.00/hour
