Graphic Packaging, International’s Manufacturing Leadership Development Program is a high-visibility, 12-month training program:

• Learning curriculum and assessments designed to develop operations skills, provide fast-track industry experience, and teach “hands-on” operations processes and strategies


• Develop relationships with Executive leadership: you are paired with an Executive sponsor, leadership mentor and onsite manager


• Make presentations to the Operations Leadership team


• Lead process improvement projects that impact key business initiatives – sometimes individual projects, and sometimes leading or working with a team

After successful completion of the program, you will graduate and join the company as a Manufacturing LDP Alumni and immediately enter the management track. You will move immediately into an operations development plan that is aligned with business needs and your career goals.
