Where do you fit in?


The Project Coordinator is responsible for collecting and analyzing stormwater project data to estimate the time, costs, materials, and labor required to provide repair services to regulated SWM systems located across the United States. The main responsibility of this position is to support finding repair opportunities and writing proposals to present to clients.


Specific Duties:



  • Write technical, persuasive proposals for remediation projects

  • Prepare repair proposals for clients by analyzing regulations and in-field documentation

  • Develop repair budgets by identifying and projecting all relevant costs

  • Analyze, update and produce mark ups of site plans to guide in-field teams

  • Determine necessary exception submittals based on project cost changes, scope additions, and site requirements

  • Maintain consistency among corporate, division, and in-field teams through documentation and communication

  • Maintain and update master pricing sheets and cost keys

  • Actively expand personal knowledge of growing stormwater industry standards

  • Secure qualified repair sub-contractors in collaboration with Service Delivery Directors


Basic Requirements:



  • Attention to detail

  • Familiarity and experience with stormwater management, drainage, construction, grading, and erosion & sediment control measures

  • Ability to interpret and analyze site and drainage plans

  • Experience projecting costs for restorative repair projects

  • Experience maintaining sub-contractor and vendor relationships

  • Aptitude for persuasive proposals using detailed descriptions and site photographs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel


Technical Skills:



  • Systematic approach to drafting technical descriptive project proposals

  • Detailed knowledge of stormwater industry standards, materials, and associated costs

  • Sophisticated analytical reasoning aimed at providing quality solutions with exceptional cost-saving measures
