Wellness Wednesdays for Grad Students and Postdocs

Interested in ways to build and mental your well-being? Dr. Rhonda Sutton, the (new) assistant dean for professional development in the Graduate School, will be offering 1-hour “Wellness Wednesdays” during the spring semester on Zoom. These will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. every other Wednesday, starting on February 22 and ending May 3.
The goal of these “lunch and learn” sessions is to provide our graduate students and postdocs with strategies that contribute to their personal and professional success. Please register for the sessions below that you plan to attend. This is a new program which will be evaluated in May to determine how useful the sessions were and how to continue to support the well-being of our graduate students and postdocs. Hope to see you at one or more of these!
Topics include: Maintaining Mental Well-Being; Coping with Stress; The Power of Positive Thinking; Building Resilience; Constructing Confidence; and Breaking Bad Habits.
