At NC State\u2019s Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, our graduate degree programs blend critical theory with practical experience<\/strong> to prepare the next generation of scholars and professionals as experts and impactful leaders in academia and industry. We also offer online master’s programs and certificate programs for working professionals who want to continue full-time employment while advancing their career development in the parks, recreation, tourism and sport industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those who pursue advanced study in our department work closely with distinguished faculty to hone their professional skills and engage real-world problems through original research opportunities.
