Faculty in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management review applications and then make recommendations regarding admission of applicants to the program. The first step in the process is to complete our online application, which can be accomplished in one session or several sessions depending on your preference. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/applygrad.ncsu.edu\/apply\/\">here<\/a> to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>The Online Master&#8217;s in Parks, Recreation, Tourism and&nbsp;Sport Management program only admits students prior to the fall semester, with only a fall semester start date allowed. We suggest that you list your goals and objectives at the beginning of the personal statement to make it easier for faculty to review your application. Please also attach your resume (1-2 pages) to your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>International Students<\/strong><br>Our department welcomes graduate students from universities all around the world. For international students, the NC State Graduate School has a few extra requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acceptable TOEFL scores of at least 80 on the internet-based version. Section O: English Proficiency Requirements of the <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.ncsu.edu\/graduate\/graduate-handbook\/\">Graduate Handbook<\/a> lists minimum scores for each section).
