Pasted below is a snippet from ESRI’s notification to Adem:

“Congratulations, Adem!

You are the 1st place winner of the Best Travel and Destinations Story Map in the 2014 Esri Storytelling with Maps contest.

As the 1st place winner, you will receive a copy of The Smithsonian’s History of America in 101 Objectsbook, a one-year subscription to Smithsonian magazine, a plaque, a certificate, and a t-shirt (size Medium).

We have arranged for the contest winners to get their photo taken with Jack Dangermond on Wednesday July 16th , in the afternoon, right after the Special Achievement in GIS Awards ceremony. And prizes will be given to the Storytelling with Maps contest winners at that time.

If you are not coming to the User Conference in San Diego, I will make arrangements to have your prizes shipped to you. I will use the same shipping address that you provided for the free t-shirt, unless you instruct me otherwise.

Again, congratulations and thank you for participating in the contest!”
