ATSC Solutions invites applicants for an Assistant Coach position. ATSC Assistant Coaches will work with amateur, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in all aspects of the performance continuum, from post-surgical injury rehabilitations to high performance sport and individually-specific performance training. ATSC Solutions conducts training in semi-private, group, and individual training environments, offering Assistant Coaches a variety of opportunities to work with athletes as part of a positive, competitive, and task-focused culture.
Preferred candidates for an Assistant Coach position will possess the following characteristics:
A genuine care to help others achieve their goals in the sports performance arena
Outwardly expressive energy and enthusiasm for the coaching field
Attention to detail
A specific interest in working with individuals in the sports performance field
Willingness to learn, both in the overall field of sports performance and with regards to ATSC Solutions’ specific training progressions, policies, and procedures
Additionally, qualified candidates will possess the following:
Undergraduate degree (within the Kinesiology/Exercise Science field preferred)
Certification in the exercise field (CSCS preferred)
Previous experience in athletics (either playing or coaching)
