Bolton & Menk is growing and looking to add an Environmental-Senior Project Manager to join our team!

We are looking for someone who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community while being engaged on project assignments serving our municipal, federal, industrial, and other clients!


What you will be doing:



  • Management planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel for water and wastewater facilities.

  • Plans and organizes project assignments and is responsible for the work of other engineers and technicians.

  • Approves and presents preliminary reports and feasibility studies on treatment facilities.

  • Maintains liaison relationships with regulatory agencies associated with drinking water standards, NPDES permits, and compliance in drinking water and wastewater discharges.

  • You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our industrial water/wastewater market.


What we are looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or equivalent program an accredited college.

  • Preference for a Master's Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

  • Twelve years of progressive design and complex construction experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced math skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment, including planning, design and construction as well as a good working knowledge of associated equipment and processes used in treatment.

  • Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge and skills in CAD and design software. (i.e., AutoCAD and REVIT)

  • Working knowledge of specialized design software. (i.e., BIOWIN, Infowater, WaterCAD)

  • May require frequent travel and may include extended overnight stays.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications
