Environmental Specialist
Full Time, Dayshift, Monday - Friday
Location: Richmond, VA
$16.00/hr.

We have a current opportunity for an Environmental Specialist with the ability to move
up in the organization.  This position provides hazardous and nonhazardous waste
management services to our customers.
Responsibilities include manifesting, packaging of materials, spill response, labeling of
packages/drums, loading/unloading trucks, coordinating transportation, and
sampling/profiling material.
Experience with hazardous waste and/or a current CDL is preferred but not required, we
will train!
We are looking for candidates with a stable work history, strong work ethic, who are
eager to learn.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science discipline preferred
Certification/Licenses:
40-hour HAZWOPER Certification (will provide training)
Valid Drivers License
Ability to obtain a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazardous (H)
endorsement (will provide training)
