Grad Students Wow with Award-Winning Infographics
This month, NC State’s Graduate Student Association announced the winners of PackPics, its first infographic competition and graduate research showcase. Eight of the contest’s eighteen honorees, including two first-place winners, are graduate students at the Center for Geospatial Analytics:

Inglis is a Geospatial Analytics Ph.D. candidate who just finished her third year in the program; Tunstall is in the Center’s professional master’s program in Geospatial Information Science and Technology (MGIST); and the other six Center winners are first-year Geospatial Analytics Ph.D. students who developed their infographics as part of the core doctoral program course GIS 715: Geovisualization, taught by Faculty Fellow Laura Tateosian.
