Not Your Average Summer

This summer, students from the NC State College of Natural Resources are participating in internships, co-ops and volunteer programs across the country — from Raleigh to Wyoming — in order to gain hands-on experience and a better understanding of their areas of study.

We recently spoke with nine students to learn more about how their summer experiences have prepared them for future success in the college and beyond. Check out their stories below and discover how they’re applying classroom knowledge in the real world.

Victoria Fuda
