The College of Natural Resources is committed to providing accessible facilities for all students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Facilities

The College of Natural Resources occupies five buildings on NC State’s Central Campus. Click a building name below for access and parking information.

Building Access and Parking Information

Biltmore Hall

Parking

Accessible parking is available at Biltmore Hall for students, faculty, staff, and guests with limited mobility. Two spaces are located at the rear of the building, and an additional space is near the Robertson Wing at the front.

Building Access

The eastern entrance of Biltmore Hall features a pushpad, power-assisted door that provides access to the first floor. An elevator at the end of the hallway serves the second, third and fourth floors.

The front entrance includes a ramp leading into the lobby. This entrance provides access only to the lobby and the Robertson Wing, as the elevator does not reach this level.

Hodges Wood Products Lab

Parking

Two accessible parking spaces are reserved for students, faculty, staff and guests with limited mobility at the rear of the Robertson Wing and Biltmore Hall.

Building Access

The front door of the building is accessible by ramp.

Jordan Hall

Parking

Two accessible parking spaces are reserved behind Jordan Hall for students, faculty, staff and guests with limited mobility. An additional accessible space is located on Faucette Drive between Jordan and Biltmore halls.

Building Access

The front entrance of Jordan Hall is accessible by ramp and includes a pushpad, power-assisted door. A ramp also connects the rear parking area to the back entrance. Both entrances open into a central lobby, where an elevator provides access to all floors.

Jordan Hall Addition

Parking

Three accessible parking spaces are reserved for students, faculty, staff and guests with limited mobility on the east side of Jordan Hall Addition near the Morrill Drive intersection.

Building Access

Wheelchair-accessible ramps are located at the front of Jordan Hall Addition. One ramp extends east along the building to the main entrance, which is equipped with a pushpad. Another ramp, on the far right, leads to the easternmost entrance, which is also power-assisted. An elevator at the west end of the building provides access to all floors.

Pulp and Paper Labs

Parking

Two accessible parking spaces are reserved for students, faculty, staff and guests with limited mobility at the rear of Biltmore Hall and the Robertson Wing.

Building Access

Ramps lead to the front and side entrances of the building, both of which are equipped with pushpads and power-assisted doors. The side entrance is located on the west end of the building. Inside, proceed to the east end of the hall to reach the elevator, which provides access to the second and third floors. From the front entrance, turn right to access the elevator.

Robertson Wing (Biltmore Hall)

Parking

Two accessible parking spaces are reserved for students, faculty, staff and guests with limited mobility at the rear of the building. One accessible space is located at the front of Biltmore Hall and the Robertson Wing.

Building Access

A wheelchair-accessible ramp is located near the entrances of the Pulp and Paper Labs and the Robertson Wing. Access to the Robertson Wing is as follows:

  • First floor: Enter through the Biltmore Hall back door behind the loading dock, then turn right to enter the Robertson Wing.
  • Second floor: Use the ramp at the front entrance of Biltmore Hall and turn left, or use the Pulp and Paper Labs elevator.
  • Third floor: Enter via the Pulp and Paper Labs elevator and use the powered wheelchair lift.

All parking spaces on campus require permits issued by NC State Transportation.
