Ali Ayoub
Bio
Dr Ali Ayoub is a business leader in biopolymers science and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the College of Natural Resources, Forest Biomaterials at North Carolina State University. He has 15 years of experience in the areas of biomaterials (carbohydrate, protein) and processing engineering technologies for nonfood and food segments to advance sustainable development goals. Ali’s passion is to leverage his academic and industrial international experience to create teams that have confidence, skills, and a positive attitude to unlock the power of nature.
