Bio

Jennifer Piercy is the Assistant Dean for Philanthropy in the College of Natural Resources. She previously served for ten years as the Director of Student Recruiting and the Executive Director of the Pulp and Paper Advisory Board.

Jennifer is a 1994 graduate of NC State holding bachelor’s degrees in Pulp & Paper Technology and Chemical Engineering. She resides in Raleigh with her husband, Jerry (NCSU ’91). They have two children, Gabrielle (University of Alabama, Chemical Engineering, Class of 2022) and Ryan (Western Carolina University, Sports Management and Marketing, Class of 2025), and two dogs.

Jennifer and her family enjoy all things Wolfpack sports and anything outside, especially if it involves the lake. She is passionate about the work the students, faculty and staff do in the College of Natural Resources, solving the many problems that are critical to advancing our society, environment and economy.
