PGA-GM Gabriella Sinkovic Selected For PGA Leadership Program

Congratulations to PGA – Golf Management Student Services Coordinator Gabriella Sinkovic on recently being selected for two exciting programs.
This past January Gabriella was accepted to the PGA LEAD, Cohort IV, Class of 2019-2020. The PGA LEAD initiative is designed to identify and progress PGA Members along a guided path towards volunteer leadership roles within the Association at the Chapter, Section and National levels. The two year program was launched in 2016 with the goal of establishing a deep bench of diverse PGA Professionals who aspire to ascend through the volunteer ranks of the PGA of America and make an impact of the non-profit boards in their communities.
A few weeks ago Gabriella was also accepted into the NCSU Higher Education Administration Master’s Program in the College of Education. She plans on completing this degree in a part-time fashion while working full time and plans on starting in Fall 2019. She is hoping to better understand Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, and Diversity & Inclusion principles to better equip our students and future PGA professionals during their time in school.
Gabriella is a native of Bowie, Maryland and a 2014 Alumni of the NCSU PGA Golf Management Program. She became Student Services Coordinator in Fall of 2017 after working at Interlachen Country Club, Riomar Country Club, and Green Spring Valley Hunt Club as an Assistant Golf Professional.
