To help the communications team manage requests received, we ask that you fill out the appropriate form below if you have a project you would like us to work on. These forms should be used for any request that has a deliverable from the communications team, such as written content, design, fliers, invitations, Bronto emails, posters, web articles, swag or t-shirts, printed collateral of any kind, etc. Once we receive a request, the project will be assigned to the appropriate team member who will follow up with you. Please note: These forms automatically create a Service Now ticket. Be on the lookout for a response from the communications team in the form of a Service Now ticket.

The College of Natural Resources uses digital signs throughout our buildings to share information. There are four digital signs in the college that display recent news, events and other items of interest. They are located in the Robertson Lobby, Biltmore Lobby, Jordan 1 Lobby and Jordan 2 Lobby areas.
Please complete the form below to request a Digital Billboard Slide to be displayed on the televisions throughout the College of Natural Resources. If you would like to submit an image to be included on the requested slide, send the image as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the words ” billboard image” and the slide title in the subject line. Only one image will be accepted per a slide request.

Are you conducting awesome research or receiving awards for your outstanding work? We want to hear from you so we can tell your story to the broader College of Natural Resources and university community. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the grant or award title, the recipients or investigators, a brief description and what the award is significant.
