Join us during GIS Week at NC State University for our UAS Drone Workshop, a unique opportunity to learn about the use of unmanned aerial systems in geospatial data applications. The full-day workshop, led by ASPRS Certified UAS Mapping Scientist Justyna Jeziorska, will include an outdoor demonstration, and participants will learn the basics of collecting and processing drone data. Attendees should bring their own laptop, a laptop charger and a mouse (navigating the processing software with a track-pad is not advised).

The workshop meeting location is the Creativity Studio (Room 4403) in James B. Hunt Jr. Library (1070 Partners Way, Raleigh, NC). Paid parking is available directly adjacent to Hunt Library, and there are additional pay lots available across Centennial Campus.
