Vaclav Petras
Bio
Vaclav (Vashek) is senior research staff focusing on creating spatio-temporal models and tools for geospatial research that are efficient, easy to use and reusable. He is a researcher, open source developer and an advocate for open science. He has been a member of the GRASS GIS development team since 2012 and has served on its project steering committee. He holds a Master’s in Geoinformatics and a Ph.D. in Geospatial Analytics.
