Paper Science and Engineering & Chemical Engineering
Why did you Choose NC State:
I chose NC State and the College of Natural Resources because of the many great opportunities that will come my way along with it. My older brother is in the Paper Science and Engineering program and I have seen firsthand the internships that he has been a part of and how companies value a NC State Paper Science degree.
What activities did you participate in during high school? What was you favorite and why?
My favorite extra-curricular activity in high school was being a member of the Varsity Cross Country team. I was fortunate enough to be a part of three State Championship teams in a row. That group of men became some of my closest friends and taught me a lot about hard work and determination.
