Career Fair Impact
Our career fair is a win-win for both students and companies. We pride ourselves on creating valuable connections between attendees. Some of this year’s attendees had this to say:
“Braincube really enjoyed speaking with all the PSE students at the Career Fair. We loved getting a chance to introduce the company and the IIoT solutions we provide to PSE students. As a recently graduated alumna, it was so great to be back in-person and engage with students from a different perspective and position! I am so passionate about both the PSE program and Braincube, so seeing those two worlds overlap and starting a partnership with the program was such a rewarding experience as a graduate. Having the chance to help students pursue their interests in IIoT, especially with the support of such a great company, is something I am looking forward to in the coming years.”
– Kat Santaro, Braincube, ‘19 PSE Alumna
“As a second year student who had to do all networking online last year, the career fair this year was an exhilarating experience. There was an energy in the room that welcomed students in; everyone was ready to get back to some normalcy. It was so apparent that alumni and companies were ready to support students in every way possible. I was able to make some lasting connections, and these connections were not all business, surprisingly. I was able to make connections with alumni who just want to be available to me through my schooling as a resource to reach out to with questions about the industry and anything else. That support is why I joined this program, and this career fair was just another testament to the fact that I made the right college and program decision.”
– Bryanna Lawry, Sophomore, PSE and CHE
“I continue to enjoy coming back to the career fair every year because of the incredible connections that I get to form with different alumni and company partners. The experience of networking with companies who are invested in your success and remember you from previous years is something that you can’t find anywhere else. Each year I feel like I make significant additions to my network, and this year was certainly no exception! I’m already looking forward to next year’s career fair.”
