Meet Lyndsey Campbell

Lyndsey Campbell graduated from NC State in 2016 with a B.S. in Sustainable Materials & Technology and a minor in Paper Science Engineering. Following graduation Lyndsey worked as an account representative in the cabinet division of Horizon Forest Products where she sold lumber and plywood. After a year there, she secured a job at bioMASON, which is a biotechnology start-up based in RTP. Lyndsey was very passionate about her job at bioMASON, and their mission directly aligned with her values. There she did materials testing and analytics on their bioCEMENT product. bioCEMENT is a green alternative to Portland cement and is grown, rather than kiln fired, using microorganisms.

Following two years at bioMASON, Lyndsey returned to NC State as technical services support for the Hodges Wood Products Lab. She is currently conducting technical research for our technical services team in addition to working with NALFA, the North American Laminate Flooring Association. Her job also entails specialization in communications with regard to the Wood Products Technical Services and NALFA.
