Celebrating 2020 Doctoral and Masters Graduates

 “A year to remember” rings particularly true for the 2020 class of graduates. Now in 2021, we consider the accomplishments of 10 doctoral and master’s students.

Director of Graduate Programs, Dr. Joel Pawlak, reflects, “Completing a graduate degree is always challenging and even more so during a worldwide pandemic.  As graduates of the Department of Forest Biomaterials, you have learned to work with sustainable raw materials to meet society’s needs for materials, energy, and chemicals.  As you move on to your next experience, we wish you the best of luck and hope you will continue supporting NC State.  Best of luck in your next endeavors!”
